Hours: Daily rate based on a 9 hr day
Start / Finish time: 9h / 10h to 18h / 19h
Sundays & Banks Holidays: Additional costs
Overtime: Charged at 0.5 days. O/T is always flagged up to clients 3 hours minimum prior to going into O/T. O/T is always agreed with client prior to commencment.
Revisions: Usually charged @ 1 x day. Always agreed with client pre work commencement.
Payment: Invoices to be paid within 14 working days - unless agreed otherwise.
Cancelation fee’s: Cancelation on date of job commencement - days booked / confirmed - charged for at full daily rate.
Cancelation within 48 hours of job commencement / days booked / confirmed - charged at 50%
Cancelation within 72 hours of job commencement - days booked / confirmed charged at 25%
Option to use booked days on another project.
If payment has not been made after a 28 day period interest is charged inline with industry standards.
